By accessing or using ImgHeal (https://imgheal.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service & AI Limitations

ImgHeal provides an automated software service that uses artificial intelligence to repair, restore, and improve digital scans of historical or damaged photographs.

Archival Limitation: You acknowledge that AI restoration relies on probabilistic algorithms. Where original image details are completely absent due to physical damage or severe degradation, the system synthesizes plausible textures rather than guaranteed historical fact.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership to the original photographs you upload and the resulting restored images generated by ImgHeal. You represent and warrant that you hold the legal right or permission to upload and process the images submitted to the platform.

4. Prohibited Content & Abuse

You agree not to upload:

• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of third parties.
• Illegal, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit imagery.
• Automated scraping bots, malicious payloads, or excessive traffic intended to disrupt operations.

5. Purchases & One-Time Packs

ImgHeal operates strictly on a one-time folio pack acquisition model (Small, Medium, Large, XL). There are no recurring subscriptions, monthly fees, or automatic debits. Restoration credits acquired through one-time packs do not expire and remain permanently bonded to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ImgHeal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the restoration service.
