What occurs if a restoration fails?
If a file fails during intake or reconstruction, no credit is deducted. Your allocation is instantly restored to your balance automatically.
Are there any hidden monthly charges or subscriptions?
None whatsoever. We operate strictly as an archival pay-per-folio studio. There are never recurring charges, renewals, or subscription contracts.
