How to Review an AI-Restored Group Portrait
By ImgHeal
Check every person in a group instead of judging the result by the clearest face.
Choose a complete source
Use the highest-quality capture of the full group. Avoid cropping everyone into tiny separate uploads before saving the complete master. People near the back or at the edges often have fewer source pixels and may need a more cautious review.
Review person by person
Move systematically from left to right and compare each face with the source. Check glasses, hairlines, hands, and overlapping shoulders. A result can improve the front row while changing or merging details among smaller faces in the background.
Attach names separately
Keep an identification list using positions such as back row, third from left. Mark uncertain identities rather than inferring them from generated facial detail. Ask relatives to review the original and edited versions together before finalizing names.
Before you finish
- Retain the complete group scan.
- Check every face and overlap.
- Keep a position-based identification list.
